Senior Consultant, Maintenance / Asset Management, SAP EAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting, planning, and executing projects aimed at the development and improvement of maintenance processes in SAP EAM or similar applications.

• Facilitating coordination and communication between IT and operational maintenance teams.

• Conducting evaluations of maintenance and service processes to identify areas for optimization.

• Preparing actionable recommendations and solution concepts.

• Implementing and tailoring established methodologies and new processes.

• Offering subject-matter expertise during the presales phase.

• Actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of consulting services.

• Mentoring and assisting junior staff while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects related to maintenance using SAP EAM / SAP PM / SAP CS.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM (preferably with SAP Asset Manager) and common Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g., SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM, etc.).

• Familiarity with related modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM).

• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, or another industrial sector.

• A strong passion for consulting, coupled with a high level of initiative and independence.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level or as a native speaker.

• Competent English language skills.

• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
