Senior Consultant – M365 Solutions & Cloud Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic consulting: You provide guidance to our clients in formulating comprehensive Modern Work, Smart Work, and cloud strategies.

• Project leadership: You assume the technical lead on client projects involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, information architectures, and various other cloud solutions.

• Stakeholder management: You organize and facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making processes with business units, IT, and management.

• Teamwork: You collaborate closely with our internal consulting, engineering, and project teams.

• Development: You keep track of current cloud, AI, and market trends, pinpoint innovative features to enhance business processes, and actively engage in the ongoing development of our consulting portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational qualification in IT, business, engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant within the Microsoft, Modern Work, or cloud sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with cloud strategies, AI/Copilot, security standards, and ideally Graph API and PowerShell.

• Experience in client projects, leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and overseeing change management when implementing new technologies.

• A structured and independent working style, with strategic thinking capabilities, alongside strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively drive innovation and new technologies within the team.

• Proficiency in German and good command of English, along with a willingness to travel.
