Senior Consultant – IT Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Lead significant strategic consulting projects (3–4 months) involving IT/Data executive committees (CODIR).

• Develop transformation roadmaps focused on IT, data, and AI.

• Create strategies, roadmaps, and executive business cases.

• Actively participate in business development efforts.

• Contribute to the Consulting practice by engaging in presales, responding to RFPs, and delivering high-stakes pitches.

• Enhance offerings and insights through real-world experience.

• Generate foundational assets such as frameworks, benchmarks, and methodologies.

• Implement and promote OCTO methodologies.

• Foster advisory methodology proficiency across OCTO’s extended teams.

• Maintain high-quality standards in all engagements.

• Advocate for our views on significant technological and data transformations.

• Help shape the future of our consulting services in the age of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust technical skill set.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic consulting addressing IT, product, and organizational challenges, particularly with C-level clients.

• A technical foundation that allows engagement in diverse projects related to data, Generative AI (GenAI), private/public cloud, and relevant organizational models (agile, product mode).

• A comprehensive understanding of the strategic issues confronting CEOs, CIOs, and CDOs, including technology sovereignty and the implications of Generative AI on organizations and business frameworks.

• A proven history in strategic consulting marked by excellent communication abilities, diligence, and a results-oriented approach.

• A strong consulting mindset with the capability to structure analyses and present findings to an executive committee (CODIR).

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
