Senior Consultant, IT Infrastructure & Hosting

📋 Description

• Comprehensive oversight as both Product Owner and Service Owner for IT infrastructure and managed services.

• Leadership and enhancement of third-level support operations.

• Engagement in presales activities, along with the design and technical execution of IT infrastructure projects targeting clients in the upper mid-market segment.

• Accountability for budget management and forecasting, in close partnership with vendors.

• Strategic management and growth of key accounts within the IT infrastructure and managed services sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, particularly in storage systems (such as Pure Storage, Fujitsu, Dell).

• Extensive experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix).

• Multiple years of professional experience in IT consulting.

• Proven experience in team leadership.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Background in client-facing roles (consulting, presales).

• Authorization to work in Germany.
