This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver remote IT assistance to team members situated across our North American offices.
• Address support inquiries swiftly and effectively, with the goal of resolving issues during the initial contact.
• Act as the primary point of contact for software, hardware, network, and VPN-related challenges.
• Image and deploy computers from a remote location.
• Update and maintain images following established protocols.
• Oversee and manage both company and client websites.
• Handle IT hardware and peripherals, which includes various printers and supplies.
• Keep documentation up to date concerning equipment and software license information.
• Create and manage user accounts for various business applications.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation for software and processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in the IT field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 desktop operating systems in a production setting.
• Familiarity with PC imaging techniques.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of antivirus solutions and techniques for virus/malware removal.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and tools, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, PING, and VPN.
• Bilingual in French and English is required; proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work from your own professional home office.
