Senior Consultant IT-Audit, IT-Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assess IT systems as part of annual financial audits, analyzing processes, controls, and risks.

• You will evaluate large datasets and derive audit-relevant insights from them.

• You will conduct specialized analyses, such as during system migrations or intricate IT structures.

• You will assist with special audits according to IDW standards, contributing your IT perspective effectively.

• You will engage with topics such as Cyber Security, digital transformation, and GoBD compliance.

• You will enhance our clients' IT systems to be secure, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable IT education.

• At least one year of relevant experience in IT auditing or IT consulting within the field of auditing.

• An interest in the interplay between IT, finance, and audit processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office, initial exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI), and AI systems (e.g., Copilot).

• Analytical, structured, and driven by a clear commitment to quality.

• Willingness to take on professional development and responsibility.
