Senior Consultant IT Audit, IT Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will conduct audits of IT systems as part of the annual financial statement audits, assessing processes, controls, and associated risks.

• You will analyze extensive datasets to extract insights relevant to the audit.

• You will carry out specialized analyses, for instance during system migrations or within intricate IT environments.

• You will assist in special audits aligned with IDW standards, bringing your IT expertise to the table.

• You will engage in areas such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance with GoBD regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (business) informatics/IT, business administration (BWL), or a similar IT qualification.

• A minimum of one year of pertinent experience in IT audit or IT consulting within external auditing.

• Proficient in using MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and AI systems (e.g., Copilot) is advantageous.

• Possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
