Senior Consultant II, Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and potential risks related to business practices.

• Formulate actionable insights and recommendations to aid in risk mitigation and enhance business decision-making.

• Execute SQL queries to examine trigger behaviors, analyze data, and deliver significant summaries to investigative teams.

• Gather, clean, organize, and interpret extensive datasets to gain insights into business outcomes and emerging challenges.

• Perform risk assessments and trend analyses, including cost-benefit evaluations and assessments of business impact.

• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to provide effective solutions.

• Act as a reliable subject matter expert and conduit between stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Design and present presentations, dashboards, and executive updates that convey key findings and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL with the capability to write, execute, analyze, and interpret query results.

• Experience utilizing data to discover trends, risks, anomalies, or business opportunities.

• Ability to distill complex information and convey findings clearly to business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups in a team-oriented environment.

• Preferred: Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization skills.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Power Apps.

• Preferred: Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting risk, compliance, governance, audit, investigative, or business analytics functions.
