This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as a vital strategic liaison and driving force for the execution of personal lines initiatives nationwide.
• Links business operation solution areas directly with IT support and development teams.
• Monitors, organizes, and oversees intricate launch and rollout plans on a state-by-state or regional basis.
• Skillfully facilitates, leads, and coordinates large-scale, cross-functional weekly meetings.
• Maintains and refreshes an established automated database of SharePoint Forms and Lists.
• Over 5 years of experience in operational coordination, business liaison, or project execution within the insurance sector.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and proficiency in navigating/troubleshooting existing VBA code).
• Strong familiarity with SharePoint Forms, Microsoft Lists, and the ability to run and interpret Power BI dashboards.
• Demonstrated history of leading large-scale, cross-functional teams and meetings.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
