This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Managing Consultant at Guidehouse serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, driving client success through vision, execution, and mentorship.
• Oversee revenue integrity consulting initiatives, guiding clients through operational transformations to ensure measurable financial outcomes.
• Utilize a data-driven methodology to assess the complete range of a client’s revenue integrity operations, identifying trends, benchmarking performance, and pinpointing root causes of revenue loss or inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage the implementation of comprehensive recommendations aimed at enhancing people, processes, and technology.
• Ensure that recommendations are both strategic and actionable, aligning operational execution with organizational goals and measurable results in both hospital and professional charging environments.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to evaluate current-state charge capture operations, employing data to reveal patterns and trends that highlight areas for financial or operational improvement, and formulating actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on optimization and performance enhancement.
• More than 5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or project management.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to large audiences, both externally and within the organization.
• Demonstrated success in facilitating operational process improvements and change management for revenue cycle optimization initiatives in hospitals and/or health systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
• At least 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, focused on optimization and performance enhancement.
• Minimum of 3 years in management consulting, professional services, or project management roles.
• Proven ability to present effectively to large groups, both externally and internally.
• Successful track record in driving operational improvements and change management in revenue cycle optimization projects within healthcare settings.
• Proficient in intermediate to advanced data manipulation and analytical techniques using Excel.
