Senior Consultant, Global Market Access & Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate analytical workstreams, which involve structuring project inquiries, guiding research efforts, analyzing data, and performing financial and pricing modeling.

• Ensure that analytical outputs are thorough, precise, and aligned with client requirements.

• Convert data, market research, and access insights into straightforward recommendations and client-ready outputs.

• Coordinate specific workstreams, review deliverables, assist in prioritization, and mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants.

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate stakeholder alignment.

• Provide analytical insights that drive project progress.

• Enhance expertise in global Market Access & Pricing.

• Contribute to proposals and create reusable knowledge resources.

• Share knowledge and expertise within the team.

• Work on launch sequencing and pricing strategies for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence across Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong emphasis on Pharma Market Access & Pricing and/or management consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading pharma-focused projects.

• Proven ability to provide structure, analytical rigor, and practical judgment to complex client inquiries.

• Clear professional progression with increasing responsibilities and evidence of client value creation.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and AI-enhanced methodologies.

• Capability to swiftly adopt proprietary platforms for complex analyses and client-ready outputs.

• Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.

• Experience in global and local Market Access & Pricing, exposure to the US market, or a PhD/equivalent degree would be advantageous.
