Senior Consultant, Extended Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and support client advisory initiatives centered around Extended Workforce strategy and transformation.

• Utilize QWA’s consulting and design thinking methodologies to evaluate existing programs and develop future-state solutions.

• Design and conduct both in-person and virtual workshops with senior stakeholders to confirm findings and reach alignment on strategic direction.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level recommendations, insights, and decision-making materials.

• Evaluate Managed Service Provider (MSP), services procurement, and Extended Workforce initiatives concerning governance, processes, and capabilities.

• Create future-state operating models, including governance frameworks, RASCI models, and funding strategies.

• Identify areas for enhancing workforce visibility, compliance, cost efficiency, and overall experience.

• Develop clear roadmaps to support program maturity and long-term scalability.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate current performance and market alignment.

• Produce visual artifacts such as operating model diagrams, journey maps, architecture views, and roadmap documentation.

• Stay informed about trends, technologies, and best practices in the Extended Workforce sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related fields.

• Proven client-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory projects.

• Preferred experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms and Extended Workforce technologies.

• Excellent workshop facilitation skills and strong executive communication abilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
