Senior Consultant – Epic Hospital Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare consultants, IT departments, and client leadership to facilitate the smooth integration, data migration, and performance of Epic systems.

• Utilize technical knowledge in Epic Hospital Billing modules to provide support that enhances system functionality.

• Perform system testing and validation to guarantee functionality and data integrity within Epic Hospital Billing modules.

• Offer expertise on Epic Native Reporting, Billing Activities, and Productivity Reporting.

• Discover opportunities for system optimization and enhancements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) certification; additional Epic certifications are advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing Epic systems within hospitals and health systems.

• Project management expertise with experience in Resolute HB applications, workflow design, and Work Queues (such as follow-up, billing claim edit, denials, etc.).

• Proficiency in Billing Edits - DNB, Claim Edits, Stop Bills, as well as billing activities and productivity reporting.

• Willingness and capability to travel when required, although you will occasionally need to deliver high-level services remotely.

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

• An undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) is required.
