Senior Consultant, Enterprise Networking – HPE/Aruba

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Aruba.

📋 Description

• Provide enterprise networking solutions with a focus on Aruba/HPE campus networking (Route/Switch/Wireless)

• Design and implement both wired and wireless network solutions utilizing Aruba technologies

• Conduct hands-on deployment of Aruba User-Based Tunneling (UBT)

• Diagnose complex networking problems across L2/L3 routing and switching

• Create and present technology solutions tailored for customers

• Serve as a mentor by offering technical guidance to colleagues

• Keep abreast of market trends, technologies, and industry best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in technical delivery and enterprise architecture, preferably within a Fortune 1000 company or a consulting firm

• In-depth understanding of network architectures, solutions, processes, frameworks, and components

• Expertise in Aruba/HPE networking technologies

• User-Based Tunneling (UBT) experience – REQUIRED

• Practical experience with UBT 1.0 and 2.0 implementations

• Strong grasp of role-based tunneling and segmentation principles

• Extensive knowledge of L2/L3 networking (including VLANs, routing protocols, and segmentation)

• Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass (Policy Manager, profiling, and enforcement)

• Experience collaborating with project managers to develop project plans

• Willingness to travel for limited engagements, approximately 25% of the time
