Senior Consultant, Enterprise Growth & Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead presales discovery engagements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate workshops for intricate opportunities.

• Convert customer goals and limitations into outcome-driven service strategies and scalable delivery methods.

• Take ownership of the creation of statements of work (SOWs), which includes defining the scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations.

• Collaborate with Sales on pricing strategies, scope adjustments, and value communication to aid in developing competitive, delivery-ready proposals.

• Design and lead executive-level workshops and presales sessions; confidently present recommendations to senior customer stakeholders.

• Build credibility as a trusted GXG advisor early in the sales process through structured facilitation and clear solution guidance.

• Mentor and coach presales and delivery consultants; influence and advance presales methodologies, playbooks, and templates.

• Offer thought leadership that shapes future GXG offerings and enhances consistency across presales methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or digital agencies.

• Demonstrated leadership in presales, solution design, or the commercialization of services.

• Advanced experience in facilitating executive workshops and complex discovery engagements.

• Proven capability to work independently with sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with government, public sector, or destination organizations is preferred.
