This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Combine functional expertise and hands-on development to create scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Navigate through business layers and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Lead the configuration and functional design of core modules such as Customer Service and Sales.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance, and an exceptional end-user experience.
• Take on a leadership role in solutions for very senior profiles, mentoring peers and assisting in defining technical direction.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
• Senior profile with strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE in a functional-technical capacity.
• Solid experience with D365 CE configuration (customizations, security roles, forms, views, tables).
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales modules.
• Strong understanding of technical features of Dynamics such as Business Process Flows (BPF), Business Rules (BR), and Workflows (WF).
• Experience in building D365 CE extensions and backend logic with .NET / C#.
• Experience with JavaScript for client-side customizations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Model-Driven PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Fully remote work – operate from anywhere in LATAM.
