Senior Consultant – Decision Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and propose actions regarding financial opportunities to improve margin performance.

• Assist in the development and implementation of comparative methodologies utilizing standardized monitoring tools and logic.

• Collaborate with operations leaders to explore root causes and future opportunities.

• Suggest a course of action and track progress against the recommendations made.

• Support margin performance initiatives that uphold Mercy’s mission within the community.

• Report to the Manager of Decision Support and operate under the guidance of the community CFO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a healthcare environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Self-driven and motivated, exhibiting a strong sense of curiosity and initiative.

• Experience in creating comparative methodologies and standardized monitoring practices.
