This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• This position involves collaborating closely and efficiently with Argano’s Managed Services clients, delivering troubleshooting and analysis, evaluating solutions, and guiding our customers on how to achieve their objectives effectively.
• The Senior Consultant, Client Care, also serves as a project manager for clients, engaging with them on a scheduled basis, triaging and prioritizing issues, aiding in resource planning, and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage and resolve managed services break/fix support issues at a senior level within the established SLAs, assisting clients in reducing business disruptions.
• Review incoming cases.
• Proactively follow up and track updates on work from clients and internally.
• Ensure the progression of activities and communicate the status.
• Escalate issues as necessary.
• Comprehend requirements for enhancement requests, author FDD documents, and document requirements and Dynamics solutions in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)/Client Care ticketing system.
• Provide training on solutions to both clients and internal team members.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and customizations, promoting knowledge sharing within the team and with the client.
• Ensure all cases are updated and that status is communicated.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to maintain a comprehensive view of overall customer efforts and initiatives.
• Conduct weekly client status calls to provide updates and align on priorities.
• Assist with project delivery work as needed.
• Manage clients' implementations and environments, including routine coordination of Microsoft one-version updates and oversight of code deployment.
• Responsible for executing specific dedicated internal strategic initiatives, encompassing process design, documentation, resource planning, sales activities, and status reporting.
• Complete quarterly Client Care initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 F&SC updates, patches, and emerging features, and recommend system improvements and enhancements to clients.
• Mentor associate team members.
• Must be flexible to work in different shifts (time zones) as required.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain management and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, working in an implementation team, managed services team, or a combination, performing functional analysis, troubleshooting, solution recommendation, and best practices guidance.
• Working knowledge and expertise in Warehouse and Production management, along with related business processes.
• Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330 post Feb 2024, or MB-330 plus MB-300 pre-Feb 2024).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and contribute to a virtual team of functional/technical consultants operating from various locations across multiple time zones.
• Capability to work with technical resources to accurately estimate enhancement efforts for client modification requests, ensure necessary approvals are secured for system or solution changes, and drive the solutions to completion once approved.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to take ownership of tasks and initiatives and see them through to completion.
• Effective multitasker who can handle a variety of issues simultaneously.
