This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide guidance to our clients on enhancing their crisis resilience, which includes designing crisis organizations, establishing and training crisis management teams, and integrating resilience into everyday operations.
• You collaborate with clients to systematically form crisis teams, define their roles and procedures, and ensure they are operationally prepared for emergencies.
• You organize and lead crisis exercises and simulations, ranging from tabletop drills to comprehensive full-scale exercises, ensuring teams are prepared for critical situations.
• You play a key role in shaping our crisis simulation formats by designing scenarios, developing exercise materials, and outlining the content and flow of these simulations.
• In the areas of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), you guide clients from conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to creating emergency concepts and practical runbooks and playbooks, working closely with our Cloud Architect.
• You stay informed on regulatory changes, assess their implications for our clients, and integrate innovative approaches into our consulting services.
• A number of years of hands-on experience in crisis management, crisis organization, BCM or ITSCM, whether in a consulting capacity or a similar role.
• A strong understanding of prevalent standards and frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, and BSI IT-Grundschutz (BSI IT Baseline Protection).
• Demonstrated experience in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and crafting runbooks and playbooks.
• Experience in regulated sectors (such as financial services or critical infrastructure / KRITIS) or relevant certifications (CISM, BSI-Grundschutz Practitioner, BAIT/DORA-related) is an advantage.
