Senior Consultant – Continuing Airworthiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and execute Continuing Airworthiness consulting, training, and managed service projects, ensuring they meet established quality, commercial, and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Offer technical expertise in EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and related Continuing Airworthiness regulatory frameworks.

• Create practical and strategic solutions aimed at enhancing safety, compliance, reliability, efficiency, and operational performance within CAMO and AMO environments.

• Perform organizational assessments, audits, gap analyses, and performance improvement initiatives utilizing Baines Simmons methodologies and SMARRT MAP™ principles.

• Assist clients in formulating effective Maintenance Programmes, Reliability Programmes, Integrated Management Systems, and competence frameworks.

• Guide and mentor Consultants through coaching, skill development, and technical sign-off processes.

• Provide engaging training sessions in classrooms, virtually, and through facilitated workshops for technical, supervisory, and senior management groups.

• Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including conference presentations, white papers, technical articles, and industry working groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in Continuing Airworthiness, CAMO, and/or AMO/MRO settings.

• In-depth knowledge of: EASA Part-145, EASA Part-M, EASA Part-CAMO, ICAO Annex 6, EASA 1321/2014, and related Annexes.

• Proven experience in: Development of Maintenance Programmes, Reliability Programmes, Continuing Airworthiness Management, Airworthiness Review processes, Safety and Compliance Management Systems, and Organizational performance improvement.

• Strong capabilities in project leadership and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional report writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Commercial acumen and a customer-oriented mindset.
