Senior Consultant – Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technological solutions to address client challenges.

• Organize and facilitate discovery workshops to collect requirements and comprehend business obstacles while ensuring the successful completion and accuracy of deliverables.

• Convert business needs into precise, detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with clients.

• Oversee and coordinate build activities throughout the project, keeping clients and project stakeholders updated on progress.

• Suggest industry best practices tailored to the consumer goods sector.

• Manage and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Remain informed about the latest Salesforce innovations, trends, and advancements to provide state-of-the-art solutions to clients.

• Enhance your skills through Salesforce training programs and mentorship.

• Create solutions utilizing the Consumer Goods Enhanced Data Model.

• Adjust to the business context during discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.

• Provide guidance to other team members.

• Conduct pertinent research, analyze data, and consistently generate reports to boost proficiency.

• Drive internal initiatives and innovation projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience within the consulting sector.

• At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce projects, delivering or leading implementations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.

• Demonstrated experience in functional requirements gathering for no less than 4 years.

• Previous experience in leading IT projects is essential.

• Salesforce certifications are mandatory.

• Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows is required.

• Hands-on experience with the Consumer Goods Cloud enhanced data model is preferred.

• Familiarity with the REX Offline application is advantageous.

• Experience in process re-engineering and managing client expectations is required.

• Familiarity with project management and change management is a plus.

• A proactive, can-do attitude combined with a strong problem-solving mindset is essential.

• Capability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Experience in pre-sales activities is a plus.

• Additional language skills, such as German or Spanish, are considered an asset.
