Senior Consultant – Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technological solutions to address client challenges.

• Organize and facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and comprehend business obstacles, ensuring the accuracy and completion of deliverables.

• Convert business requirements into engaging and comprehensive user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria through close collaboration with clients.

• Oversee and manage build activities throughout the project, keeping clients and project stakeholders informed of progress.

• Suggest best practice activities tailored for the consumer goods sector.

• Direct and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Remain informed about the latest innovations, trends, and advancements in Salesforce to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

• Enhance your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentorship.

• Create solutions utilizing the Consumer Goods Enhanced Data Model.

• Demonstrate the ability to adjust to the business context during discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.

• Provide mentorship to fellow team members.

• Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and consistently generate reports to enhance your expertise.

• Take the lead in internal initiatives and innovation projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting sector.

• At least 4 years of experience working on Salesforce projects, either delivering or leading implementations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.

• Demonstrated experience in functional requirements gathering for no less than 4 years.

• Previous experience in leading IT projects is essential.

• Salesforce certifications are required.

• Practical configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, and flows.

• Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of CG Cloud is preferred.

• Familiarity with the REX Offline application is advantageous.

• Experience in process re-engineering and managing client expectations.

• Experience in project management and change management is beneficial.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work effectively within a remote team.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.
