Senior Consultant – Construction Advisory, Delay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Analysis of schedule delays

• Assessment of labour productivity losses

• Evaluations of changes in project scope

• Review and analysis of change orders

• Examination of labour, equipment, and material costs

• Calculation of escalated costs for materials and/or labour

• Assessment of unabsorbed home office overhead

• Review and organization of project documentation

• Creation of work products, including draft memos and reports

• Travel as required to client project sites and offices

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the engineering and construction sector, ideally with experience in construction claims

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills preferred

• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar PDF management tools

• Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Projects and/or Oracle Primavera
