This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Deliver technical expertise pertaining to the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and its related applications/modules.
• Assist in modifying scripts for deploying Falcon Cloud Security solutions using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Diagnose customer deployment issues across a range of enterprises, from small to large.
• Utilize and engineer both native and third-party software deployment technologies.
• Create scripts and processes related to Falcon sensor deployment.
• Organize and report on the status of software deployments.
• Collaborate closely with customer IT teams.
• Mentor and guide the Platform Professional Services team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions to encourage the adoption of best practices for cloud platforms within the organization.
• Utilize CrowdStrike applications to assist customers in vulnerability and asset management.
• Support customers in integrating CrowdStrike with their existing tools.
• Assist both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and scripts necessary for data collection.
• Collaborate closely with the Platform Professional Services team to lead educational series regarding Falcon Cloud Security and related applications.
• Foster a productive working relationship between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one public cloud.
• Extensive understanding of cloud and container deployment technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Proficient in Linux administration and command-line interface usage.
• Significant experience in scripting with Python.
• Proficient across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Comprehensive experience in customer-facing consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Broad experience in cloud, computer, and network systems security.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify solutions to complex and unusual problems.
