Senior Consultant, Clinical Operating System – cOS

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of cOS projects with healthcare system clients.

• Mentor leaders on cOS standard practices and daily management routines.

• Convert cOS methodology into actionable behaviors that enhance reliability and engagement.

• Guarantee implementations are operationally sound and supported by technology.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

• Discover opportunities through workflow design and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical transformation, performance improvement, or high-reliability environments.

• Extensive experience in patient experience, employee experience, safety, and/or quality solutions.

• A tech-savvy healthcare operator or implementation leader.

• Demonstrated success in executing operational changes within clinical environments.

• Strong systems thinking and effective communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
