This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide change management expertise and thought leadership to designated internal clients, ensuring a consistent focus on change across all operational aspects.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change framework to support the strategic objectives and initiatives of clients.

• Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and opportunities across various projects and shared stakeholders.

• Proactively oversee a client change portfolio, collaborating with leadership to prioritize engagements and address concerns in alignment with enterprise objectives and standards.

• Create innovative and thorough change strategies to assist individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating changes.

• Utilize industry insights along with enterprise processes, tools, and techniques to develop project change approaches that enhance stakeholder adoption, reduce resistance, minimize business disruption, and lead to successful, sustainable outcomes.

• Conduct thorough stakeholder and change impact analysis to identify, engage, and prepare all involved or affected stakeholders – including employees and external partners – to adapt to changes and fully embrace new operational methods.

• Collaboratively formulate, customize, and refine detailed change plans for complex and transformational projects.

• Establish aligned metrics to track the progress of change initiatives and assess stakeholder readiness and opportunities.

• Modify the change approach as new insights emerge during each project engagement.

• Facilitate effective executive sponsorship and secure senior leader support to implement necessary changes throughout their organizations.

• Plan and implement tailored change solutions for assigned projects, including transformational technology and business initiatives.

• Collaborate with project management, communications, learning, IT, data analytics, finance, and other departments to achieve change management and broader project goals.

• Engage in project leadership, working with steering committees and other governing bodies to further project objectives.

• Promote change capability and leadership across the organization, coaching project teams and empowering leaders and individuals to integrate change agility into their work.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• A minimum of seven years of change management experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead the people aspect of large-scale business, organizational, or technology initiatives.

• Prosci® certification is preferred.

• Experience with shared services organizations is a plus.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

• CCMP certification is a plus.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering effective working relationships to achieve collaborative results.

• Recognized success as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, promoting change management best practices and incorporating a change leadership perspective into decision-making while managing constraints and navigating ambiguity.

• Preference for roles and opportunities that require a blend of proactive thought leadership, strategic planning, and precise, sustained execution.

• Ability to rapidly develop business acumen and apply relevant change management methodologies in nuanced situations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Adaptability to evolving demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accountability in fulfilling assigned responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of each project.
