This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Play a crucial role in assisting clients with the transformation of their business operations to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their challenges, outline requirements, and guarantee the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities, excel in stakeholder engagement, and have the ability to convert complex user and business needs into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading or supporting the comprehensive delivery across projects and workstreams, encompassing stakeholder engagement and program governance.
• Provide expert insights and practical solutions to fulfill client requirements and facilitate successful change adoption.
• Establish robust client relationships and identify subsequent opportunities, collaborating with Delivery Leads to advance them.
• Deliver projects within the agreed scope and timelines, ensuring precise time tracking to support billing processes.
• Contribute to business objectives while exemplifying Civiteq's working methods and standards.
• Foster a high-performing team culture by maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Assist in the development of methodologies, toolkits, and thought leadership, and lead or mentor others when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders, program teams, partners, and internal SMEs to ensure aligned delivery.
• Assess business needs and design practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client objectives.
• Lead or assist in workshops, process improvements, and solution design activities.
• Manage workstreams utilizing agile or waterfall methodologies, including risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Tailor consulting approaches to meet client needs and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document new and evolving business requirements and opportunities.
• Map current states and propose future states based on discovery analysis and identified gaps.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support digital transformation and change projects, including ERP, CRM, and other relevant systems.
• Aid in the development of digital and data strategies, maturity assessments, and action plans.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, service design, and validate business cases.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with functional and digital/technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation, which includes process maps, requirement traceability, and reporting dashboards.
• Identify and implement benefits management strategies.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities, capable of functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Have proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
• Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• This position is fully remote, although travel to client sites will be necessary.
