Senior Consultant – Automation & Analytics, Healthcare Financial Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a key member of Guidehouse’s Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team.

• Address intricate and strategic challenges encountered by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.

• Oversee various workstreams within healthcare projects.

• Facilitate strategic planning, healthcare reform preparedness, physician/hospital integration, financial/risk modeling, and merger and acquisition strategy.

• Create analytical models and organize methodologies.

• Conduct diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks.

• Supervise smaller workstreams or deliverables.

• Travel 75% or more as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years of relevant consulting and/or health industry experience.

• Proven experience in developing analytical models and structuring methodologies.

• Background in conducting diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage smaller work streams or deliverables.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Willingness to travel 75% or more.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a health-related field (preferred).

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in business or health-related field (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector.

• Proven history of strong client service.

• Demonstrated success in solving complex problems and completing demanding projects.

• High motivation, efficiency, innovative problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Skills in financial modeling/planning.
