This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of Zoom Contact Center solutions.
• Create, develop, test, and deliver scalable applications and features for contact centers.
• Set up and implement Zoom Contact Center, WFM, QM, and AI solutions.
• Engage across various channels such as Voice, IVR/ACD, Email, SMS, and Chat systems.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve defects during QA cycles.
• Provide support for production environments and troubleshoot intricate technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Take part in agile or waterfall development methodologies.
• Develop and improve software solutions utilizing JavaScript and other technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
• Deliver high-caliber software within established timelines.
• Engage in meetings, client discussions, and training sessions.
• Present solutions, demonstrations, and value propositions to clients and stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader in customer experience transformation, digital transformation, and omnichannel technologies.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center and UC environments.
• 2+ years of software development experience (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++).
• Familiarity with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and implementations.
• Experience with CRM integrations and cloud telephony systems.
• Industry certifications in Zoom Contact Center or related technologies (preferred).
• Experience with real-time systems and production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, customer-facing settings.
