📋 Description

• Lead consulting initiatives and programs to tackle client challenges in safety risk management and enhance organizational improvement priorities.

• Establish project scope, delivery strategies, milestones, and resource needs to guarantee the successful and profitable execution of consulting projects.

• Convert client issues into structured consulting solutions utilizing established safety risk management methodologies and Baines Simmons frameworks.

• Offer expert guidance on designing, implementing, and enhancing safety management systems and safety risk management processes.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and facilitated discussions to enhance client capabilities in safety management and safety performance assessment.

• Mentor consultants and provide technical advice to foster professional growth and competence advancement.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of consulting products, services, and intellectual property in alignment with SMARRT MAP™.

• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal crafting, pre-sales conversations, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to promote long-term account growth.
