This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Deliver strategic insights and business intelligence to regional SMB sales leaders.
• Manage the performance of the SMB segment, with a focus on partner-driven revenue, cloud adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Direct the rhythm-of-business (ROB) and conduct monthly business reviews (IARs).
• Incorporate partner-driven sales strategies into core operations.
• Represent the SMB segment during annual planning, shaping segmentation, coverage models, and quota determinations.
• Provide actionable intelligence regarding metrics such as partner attach rates, CSP renewals, and marketing-generated demand.
• Enhance the partner ecosystem by optimizing renewal processes and synchronizing marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and DAX.
• Familiarity with process management tools like Visio.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, MySQL, and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with automation tools, such as Power Automate, is viewed as a plus.
