This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver strategic insights and business intelligence to regional SMB sales leaders.
• Manage the performance of the SMB segment, concentrating on partner-led revenue, cloud adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Drive the rhythm-of-business (ROB) and conduct monthly business reviews (IARs).
• Incorporate partner-led sales strategies into core operations to enhance CSP channel growth.
• Advocate for SMB during annual planning, shaping segmentation, coverage models, and quota determination.
• Provide actionable intelligence on metrics such as partner attach rates, CSP renewals, and marketing-sourced demand.
• Ensure operational excellence through structured ROB and IAR processes.
• Enhance the partner ecosystem by optimizing renewal execution and aligning marketing initiatives with partner success.
• Assist in agile planning by offering insights on growth potential, wallet share, and cost-to-serve.
• Conduct business reviews utilizing compelling, data-driven narratives.
• Track and evaluate performance metrics, developing scorecards and commentary that showcase opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, partner, and sales teams to exchange best practices and promote consistency.
• Impact fiscal year planning with market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and DAX.
• Familiarity with process management tools such as Visio.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL, MySQL, and Excel.
• Background in BI tools will be regarded as an advantage.
• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate will also be considered a plus.
