This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee comprehensive implementations of RUX Rentals, including discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Align customer business processes—such as asset tracking, rental contracts and billing, maintenance scheduling, and dispatch—with RUX Rentals and core Business Central functionality.
• Configure standard Business Central modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs/Projects, Fixed Assets) in conjunction with the RUX Rentals extension.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects during pre-sales discovery calls, demonstrations, and project scoping.
• Train customer administrators and end users; create documentation, configuration guides, and process playbooks.
• Address and resolve functional issues reported by customers or partners; escalate platform bugs to the product team with detailed reproduction steps.
• Assist implementation partners with enablement, configuration advice, and best practices.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and implementation methodology as the product and customer base expands.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Business Central functional consulting or implementation.
• Strong understanding of core Business Central modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience in implementing solutions within asset-intensive, rental, field service, or related sectors (such as construction, industrial equipment, or oilfield services) is highly desirable.
• Excellent client-facing capabilities: adept at requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and training delivery.
• Comfortable working with ISV/vertical add-on products, beyond just out-of-the-box Business Central.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AL extensions/customizations is advantageous, though this role is primarily functional rather than developmental.
