Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, Business Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, test, train, implement, and provide support for customizations in Dynamics BC tailored for both new and existing clients.

• Offer assistance in reconciling and correcting Dynamics BC data as needed.

• Recognize opportunities for software or services, including training, additional modules, business process consulting, and development.

• Record and communicate issues, risks, and changes within internal CRM and project management systems.

• Manage application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for current customers.

• Serve as a backup for the Application Support Desk and handle escalated support matters.

• Help in the creation and upkeep of training curriculums and documentation for both internal and external products.

• Take part in periodic online training sessions conducted for hosted clients.

• Support Centre Developers by testing and deploying new customizations and products.

• Maintain a billing utilization rate of 75% or higher.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of training curriculums and documentation for both internal and external products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.

• Over 3 years of experience in the design, configuration, and support of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Excellent customer service orientation.

• Significant experience in a team-focused, collaborative setting.
