Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Detailed design of comprehensive, industry-specific customer processes

• Alignment of customer requirements and coordination of all necessary activities

• Project and sub-project management for German-speaking energy suppliers

• Identification and development of options to bridge gaps in the SAP standard portfolio

• Analysis and targeted further development of processes for energy suppliers

• Assumption of control tasks for sub-projects and specialist streams

• Mentor and coach for our consultants

• Development of requirement concepts, as well as management and coordination of their implementation

• Conducting customer workshops and training sessions

• Collaboration within the team on projects, such as digitization, standardization, optimization of complex processes, and the introduction of new SAP-centered platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field

• Extensive knowledge of the energy industry

• Many years of relevant consulting experience in the SAP sector for the energy industry

• Specialization in specific focal points of SAP solutions for the energy sector, particularly in areas such as market communication, energy data management, billing, or customer management processes

• Knowledge in software development focusing on individual customer requirements

• Experience with the processes of energy suppliers and/or several years of knowledge in the introduction and further development of energy-related SAP systems

• Confident communication and presentation skills

• Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., ABAP OO or JAVA) are advantageous

• Experience in (IT) project management, both traditional and agile

• Native-level proficiency in German

• Experience in (SAP) data migration projects is desirable.
