Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Work collaboratively with our clients to create, design, and implement customized solutions addressing their organizational challenges.

• Accountable for delivering programs and services focused on talent selection, development, and training.

• Assist in organizational transformations while fostering personal growth and development for individuals.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, serving as a trusted and motivational leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Ph.D. or an exceptional Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR leadership, transformation consulting, and/or facilitation.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Possess an intercultural mindset and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

• Open to traveling, including international trips.
