Senior Consultant, Analytics Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of analytics projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final delivery.

• Convert unclear business inquiries into manageable data analysis projects.

• Analyze and address data and statistical questions that arise during client engagements.

• Collaborate with teams in Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management to align on project objectives and deliverables.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any project-related concerns or issues.

• Track project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for mitigation.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.

• Successfully deliver complex analytics projects on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Foster relationships with client stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Execute statistical analyses, develop and fit mathematical models, and respond to inquiries using intricate datasets.

• Implement enhancements to the processes within the Analytics Consulting team.

• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current client accounts.

• Exhibit thought leadership in healthcare analytics through presentations, publications, and participation in industry events.

• Cultivate expertise in areas such as projections, market landscaping, patient journey analysis, line-of-therapy analytics, segmentation and targeting, commercial assessments, forecasting, and business development and licensing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in delivering analytics solutions to clients.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.

• Strategic and practical application of AI tools.

• Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools and workflows.

• Experience in developing or sharing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts.

• Comfortable operating in AI-enhanced environments.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot.
