Senior Consultant – Agentic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of the current state to uncover transformation opportunities in organizational design, technology architecture, and agentic transformation.

• Create intricate financial models to prioritize opportunities and aid in decision-making and roadmap development.

• Convert business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows.

• Oversee pilot projects and implementations, collaborating with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve measurable business results.

• Assist in the design and execution of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to guarantee successful adoption.

• Facilitate the establishment of governance, assess value realization, and influence future service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in management or operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or similar fields.

• Proficient in developing business cases, modeling, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative team member focused on creating business value, engaging across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

• Knowledge of middle-back office technology stacks and architecture standards.

• Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.

• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.

• Background in evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
