This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate effectively within a team of highly skilled Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare systems.
• Execute billable tasks for clients.
• Take an active role in leading and participating in engagement work streams.
• Assess client needs as outlined in the engagement statement of work.
• Lead, finalize, and ensure quality assurance over data analyses.
• Analyze data results, formulate initial recommendations, and develop potential solutions for evaluation.
• Create deliverables and presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.
• Support in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee workstream economics and project management activities.
• Aid in implementing recommended improvements.
• Engage in all facets of an engagement, which includes identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews, overseeing analytics, developing recommendations and solutions for consideration, synthesizing information into cohesive presentations for varied audiences, and facilitating change.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.
• Capable of conducting analyses and mentoring others in the delivery and production of client deliverables.
• Proficient in establishing effective and collaborative relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt is preferred.
• Background in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operations), Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Skilled in analyzing complex healthcare data sets and creating visualizations and presentations that support data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Proven track record in developing new methodologies and applying strategic problem-solving skills.
