Senior Construction Scheduler – Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and revise the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Create the schedule management program and deliverables applicable to large-scale capital projects.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering guidance and recommendations.

• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.

• Execute resource loading and leveling for the schedule.

• Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.

• Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the development of alternative corrective actions.

• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure the incorporation of accurate and timely data.

• Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and periodic schedule analyses.

• Keep records of scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of the information contained within the schedule.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.

• May include SOX control responsibilities, which must be adhered to when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience collaborating within a complex matrix environment.

• Proficient in using Primavera P6.

• Strong communication skills.
