Senior Construction Scheduler – Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and refresh the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Create the schedule management framework and deliverables for extensive capital projects.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering guidance and recommendations.

• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.

• Execute resource loading and leveling for the schedule.

• Integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.

• Track schedule deviations and variances, aiding in the development of alternative corrective actions.

• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure accurate and timely data is reflected.

• Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses periodically.

• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that could influence schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of the information presented in the schedule.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field in construction.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience working within teams in a complex matrix environment.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.

• Exceptional communication skills.
