Senior Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Driving progress: You will utilize a schedule as a means to achieve tasks, rather than simply a checklist to keep busy.

• Risk management: You will monitor the "big three": financials, timelines, and team dynamics, anticipating issues before they arise.

• Managing a range of tasks: One day, you may oversee a swift renovation; the next, you could be handling the administration for a high-end estate.

• Problem-solving: If a challenge falls within your scope, you will address it. For larger issues, you will promptly notify management.

• Effective communication: You will engage with construction managers and realtors. You must be diplomatic yet assertive when projects encounter delays.

• Construction/Project Experience: You have a background in a construction or project-oriented company and understand operational dynamics.

• Organized & Intelligent: You possess the ability to prioritize effectively. You can identify risks early and are courageous enough to raise concerns.

• Self-Motivated: This is a remote position. We do not operate on a "punch clock" system; you must be capable of managing your own time independently.

• Proactive Attitude: If your aim is to merely meet the minimum requirements or get through the day, this role is not for you. We seek a driven individual.
