This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversees all facets of project execution, guaranteeing a seamless transition from the design stage to the installation and ongoing service and support phases of the completed project.
• Provides guidance and support to the Engineer in estimating and managing the account.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to gather technical information.
• Procures and manages external contractors.
• Schedules project phases and conducts training for customer maintenance personnel.
• Oversees all financial aspects of the project, including change management, revenue forecasts, customer billing, and quarterly updates.
• Serves as the primary liaison for all internal staff, external contractors, subcontractors, and customer representatives to coordinate all facets of project installation.
• Establishes and maintains continuous communication with the customer to schedule and coordinate all work performed.
• Ensures compliance with all OSHA regulations, as well as Federal, State, and safety regulations, along with all ESG policies and procedures.
• Evaluates project costs and collaborates with accounting and finance departments to determine customer billing.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in engineering or construction management.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in engineering and construction management, specifically managing construction projects.
• Exposure to project development processes.
• Experience in leading and directing project teams.
• Proficiency in developing project schedules.
• Experience in managing project budgets.
• Proven ability to effectively manage projects from inception to closure.
• Demonstrated skill in managing project budgets and schedules, proper documentation of projects, and fostering customer satisfaction on every assignment.
• Proven ability to interact professionally and ethically with others, including customers.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, Federal, and State safety regulations.
• Preferred: Ten (10) years of experience in engineering and construction project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Construction Manager (CCM) Designation.
• Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) affiliation.
