This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete relationship with a range of Tier 1 connectivity partners.
• Influence how these partners are represented on Airbnb, achieving significant results for hosts, guests, and Airbnb’s overall business.
• Play a crucial role in the North Star API strategy by developing Joint Business Plans and Quarterly Business Review frameworks.
• Create incentive models and deal terms that align partner actions with Airbnb’s strategic goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the connectivity partner ecosystem globally while recognizing regional distinctions.
• Influence partner behavior and cultivate relationships at the C-suite level.
• Lead efforts in pricing, availability, and booking strategies.
• 10–15+ years of experience in platform partnerships, API ecosystems, marketplace operations, or roles focused on product-led growth.
• Background in working with API-first platforms (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, Twilio) or large-scale marketplaces.
• Demonstrated expertise in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing deals—from term sheets to executed contracts.
• You measure success through business outcomes rather than mere activities.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to comprehend connectivity integrations.
• Strong inclination towards action; proven history of achieving results in dynamic, uncertain environments.
• Ability to influence behavior through trust rather than solely relying on authority.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, legal, finance, and regional teams to achieve partner outcomes.
