This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver IT services to address the urgent needs of customers.
• Offer technical assistance via phone, email, and instant messaging from a remote location.
• Manage ticket processing and resolution effectively.
• Execute problem analysis along with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Keep an audit trail and maintain statistical records of reported issues and conditions.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Public Trust Clearance (or the capability to obtain it).
• ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, which can be acquired within 120 days of hire.
• 4-9 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Windows desktop support.
• Knowledge of Windows, web browsers, and basic Active Directory functionalities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels as well as clients.
