This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with annual merit and bonus cycles by performing scenario modeling, forecasting, and tracking budgets.
• Oversee compensation models that include salary structures, pay bands, incentive designs, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure that compensation recommendations align with budgetary and financial strategies.
• Create executive dashboards, presentations, and analyses for leadership and Board committees.
• Carry out market benchmarking utilizing compensation survey providers.
• Manage job leveling frameworks and assess roles for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Extract, validate, analyze, clean, and reconcile compensation and workforce data from various systems including HRIS, ATS, and Finance.
• Spot trends, compression risks, pay equity gaps, and financial impacts.
• Develop both automated and ad-hoc dashboards to facilitate compensation decision-making.
• Aid in pay equity reviews and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Uphold compensation policies, SOPs, manager guides, and compensation toolkits.
• Enhance internal controls and ensure audit readiness for compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to sustain accurate employee and compensation data.
• Assist with system configuration and data uploads for merit increases and bonus distributions.
• Perform periodic and exception-based data audits.
• Identify and implement enhancements to P&C workflows, documentation, and operational standards.
• Support workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and compliance documentation.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Proficient in advanced Excel modeling, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and scenario modeling.
• Expertise in using HRIS platforms for data extraction, reporting, and administration of compensation cycles.
• Capability to consolidate and analyze data from various systems to generate centralized insights.
• Experience in supporting annual merit and bonus programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire, without the need for current or future employer visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
