Production Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with new leads and arrange initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor.

• Quickly reach out to new leads and address inquiries.

• Gather borrower details, encompassing financial information, employment history, loan purpose, and timeline.

• Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

• Dispatch documentation requests and follow up until all files are complete.

• Review and organize documents prior to submitting files for pre-approval.

• Provide updates to referral partners during the initial phases of the loan process.

• Aid in managing the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications.

• Monitor lead and pipeline activity within the CRM.

• Maintain precise records of lead activity, borrower interactions, and loan progress.

• Foster interdepartmental communication and culture.

• Lead, develop, and inspire the team across various locations and operational functions.

• Ensure that both internal and external stakeholders receive the highest level of service.

• Additional coursework in finance or a related discipline is a plus.

• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
