Associate Affiliate/Live Creator Manager – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates, creators, and livestream hosts across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, and other emerging venues.

• Provide partners with essential assets, messaging, product knowledge, and best practices to create engaging content and conduct successful livestreams.

• Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, agencies, and livestream collaborators.

• Identify new partnership possibilities that align with the brand's objectives.

• Coordinate product seeding, creator gifting, commission structures, campaign timelines, and daily communications.

• Monitor the performance of affiliates, creators, and livestreams.

• Recognize top-performing partners, deliver actionable insights, and enhance future campaigns.

• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for affiliate and live commerce initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, live shopping, or social commerce.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, or similar creator and live streaming platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

• An analytical mindset that enables the interpretation of campaign performance and identification of improvement opportunities.

• A self-motivated individual who enjoys exploring new platforms and flourishes in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• A passion for creator and affiliate marketing, livestreaming, gaming, and emerging trends in social commerce.

• Preferred experience supporting TikTok Shop affiliate and/or live shopping programs from the brand's perspective.

• Preferred experience in gaming, consumer electronics, toys, or family-oriented brands.
