This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee survey submissions, manage our peer groups, and handle the team's market data repository.

• Uphold the compensation framework (such as job families, grades, and titles) while striving for expertise.

• Take a significant role in the planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, and conclusion of the annual merit cycle.

• Act as a secondary consultant for business/HRBP matters and eventually transition to the primary role for at least one business unit.

• Contribute significantly to the annual in-depth market analysis that shapes compensation ranges and budget allocations.

• Proactively look for opportunities to present data, gradually mastering the art of storytelling through data that balances analytical rigor with creativity.

• Assist in the design and management of incentive programs that promote performance and are in line with our core values.

• Aid with requests for new hires, merit increases, and/or out-of-cycle equity adjustments to build expertise over time.

• Support continuous efforts to ensure compensation practices are equitable and compliant.

• Aid in the development and execution of compensation policies and strategies that align with organizational goals and market dynamics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation is preferred.

• Experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is also acceptable.

• Expertise in spreadsheets is essential.

• Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets is required and will be evaluated through a case study.

• Proficient in creating presentations.

• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides is preferred, though training can be provided.

• Exceptional analytical abilities are necessary.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Strong project management capabilities are essential.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A passion for CRWD is highly valued.
