This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a vital contributor in the integration of job architectures from three international companies.
• Become a member of the team dedicated to designing job architecture and expanding global compensation ranges.
• Create and manage compensation cycles with a focus on tooling and automation.
• Articulate total pay programs, encompassing base salary and equity components.
• Leverage analytical skills to inform data-driven design of compensation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance on global compensation issues.
• Over 8 years of experience in compensation, whether in a consulting or in-house capacity.
• Expertise in global compensation practices.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining job architectures and pay models.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a related STEM field.
• Familiarity with Workday and program management is preferred.
